There's no fee for those going K3 route. So no there's nothing you will get it's free for I-130 filers.

What to send with your I-130:

  1. Form G-1145
  2. Form I-129F
  3. Petitioners US Birth Certificate
  4. Marriage certificate of petitioner and beneficiary
  5. Divorce decree and certified translation of beneficiary (If applicable)
  6. One (1) passport photo of the petitioner and One (1) passport photo of beneficiary
  7. Copy of the Form I-797C (Notice of Action)
