Can we be able to send dna within 20 days?

This is a question for the lab you will be using. Do you have a list of uscis approved labs and have you contacted your closest one to ask?

....I’m not really sure why you are not just going ahead and doing the test, if it’s not ready in time for the appeal you’ll be sending it with a new petition. Either way it needs to be done.

Lawyer is unlikely to make a lab move any quicker.

What date is on the denial letter you received?  (Not the date you got it in the mail---the date on the letter itself)

?are you leaving absolutely everything up to the lawyer? You don’t really seem to have any sense of urgency about this.

You need a dna lab where you are, you don’t a lawyer in Michigan for that. The US embassy will have an approved list, maybe even on their website.

I'd fire your lawyer. He submitted sub par  evidence and fed you to the wolves. No way he didn't know what he submitted wouldn't fly and if he didn't even more reason to fire him. The DNA test may have been optional but that would have only been if the evidence you had submitted was strong. Yours was far from it.

What do you mean? You can either submit it as part of an appeal, or you can submit it as evidence with a new petition (as they indicate on the letter you posted).
