where to mail EAD applic form?

Hello everyone! I'm on a K-3 visa and will be applying for a work permit. Where are we supposed to send my EAD application (not sending it in with AOS, so my eligib. category is a9). The filing address on the USCIS website is diff. from that on the downloadable form. The website says to send it to

Box 805887

Chicago, IL

60680-4120 ....

while the form indicates to mail to

PO Box 7218...

Chicago, IL 60680-7218

My husband called USCIS and they sounded confused as well... Thanks!

They do list both addresses on the webpage but other address (box 7218) seems to be associated with other situations, like V visa and Life legalization

Thanks YuAndDan! The person from the cust. service dept. initially told my husband to send it to the address on webiste but when he pointed out that there was a diff. one on the form, she had to verify it with someone else and then came back on the line telling him to send it to the one that was on the form instead. We were however not totally confident that she gaves us the right info.
