Yeah, I think I will.. but is painful, thinking could be waiting for another 10 weeks to have it denied yet again..

hubby reckons he’s going to call them again in the morning..I showed him a ss of yours, then mine,. He’s as confused as me.. at this rate, I’m now looking at another 3-4 months before interview and was hoping to get it sorted by supervisor intime fore March interviews  😭😭😭

How totally frustrating. Try telling them to look

at the AFP reference number .. top left side.  You have the correct report .. as you know !! You need different tier 2 officer !!

😳

The official website

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/australia.html

even states that it is called the National Police Certificate.
Try to get the tier 2 officer to take a look at that.  Maybe you can email the Sydney consulate ... put your SYD case number in the subject line .. and see if they can intervene by contacting the NVC. Good luck !!! Let’s know how you go.

Sucks totally.. but is best to get hubby to call them.. I don’t think they’d wanna hear what I’d likely say 🙊 so frustrated right now.

I’ve just sent off for another certificate, god knows why, it will still be the same..

Also went to local police to see if they can help with fingerprints so I can go arrange / request biometrics with AFP just to stick that up them.. but I shouldn’t have to is the thing..

so cranky about this right now, try do right thing and hit wall after wall..

Looking at the instructions again .. it says it has to be a Complete Disclosure “. Yours is Standard disclosure. Check the afp website and see if that is an option. I will try and hunt up the scoot of mine from 4 years ago. Watch this space ....  Nope .. mine was the same as your “ standard disclosure “
