my husband resides in Dubai due to work purposes... he is a filipino resident... my question is... when i file for my husband to come to the states, does he have to go back to the philippines for interview? or is it possible to have an interview done in the UaE?

If he has valid status in the UAE he could interview in UAE (Abu Dhabi)
