Hello everyone,

after getting married on a K1 visa (this november) in the US, my husband and I are in the middle of filing I-485. I have a question on the Affidavit of Support. For the K1-visa we used a joint sponsor since my then fiance didn't meet the financial requirements. He only recently got a new job (as of mai/june 2019). His current income proofs (well beyond the poverty line) that he's able to support us both financially until I am allowed to work in the US.

 

Would we still need a joint sponsor, since they ask for the tax returns of the last three years or is his current income enough to be the only sponsor?
