Oath Ceremony Letter still waiting

Hi All,

 

I have a question regarding N400 Oath ceremony schedules. I had my interview on the 29th of October and i passed the interview. but after 2 weeks i still have not received any letter for Oath ceremony.

My online status shows as below and estimated wait time says 3 months. does it mean i have to wait 3 months to get the Oath done?

Interview office is Saint Louis.

It's possible, if there are that many people waiting in your area

I waited mine for 6 weeks, some people wait 6 days. It depends on your area and also on the type of the ceremony (judicial or not)

Thank you for the reply. in Saint Louis it will be the court house. im assuming it will be Judicial?

does it take longer for judicial?

Usually Judicial ceremonies are smaller so they do take longer to get scheduled. Mine was judicial.

I am having the same experience as you are, and I'm in Los Angeles.

I had the interview on 10/28 and it was approved on 11/1, but still have not received the oath ceremony letter by now.

Same here. Had my interview at Memphis on 11/5. Both I-751 and N-400 has been approved but no oath date yet. Fingers crossed!

Hi, I'm in St. Louis as well, waiting for ceremony schedule. When is your ceremony? December 20?
