Girl, if you're moving down here, stay away from Venice. It's crazy there and probably just about the only place on the Westside that something like this could happen. Santa Monica is a better bet if you stay away from the beach. You seem like the kind of person who would be happier North of Montana, lots of yoga studios and chakra aligners.

Thanks, I think? We're getting relocation assistance, I just found out today. It includes some help for me as a fiancee in getting a new job, resume writing and whatnot. We are looking at Mid City and Downtown Santa Monica but I will add North of Montana to the list.
