Wait, I agreed to move back down to LA?😭😭😭💩 I thought my dad would be thrilled to have me coming back to SoCal, but now he's sending me stuff like this. 

 

Heidi Van Tassel was parked in Hollywood after having a pleasant evening out with friends at an authentic Thai restaurant. Suddenly a man randomly pulled her out of the car, dragged her out to the middle of the street, and dumped a bucket of feces on her head, Van Tassel said and public records confirm.

John and Ken had the lady on the show on Monday. The guy who did it is a known vagrant that has mental issues and received almost no jail time for this. 

 

Don't forget a few years ago a homeless guy stabbed a woman near that spot for taking his picture and not paying him.

No, I also saw a recent article where San Fran was going to stop pursuing homeless people.

 

And even the article I quoted was from last year, and said:

Prosecuting homeless people for sleeping on public property when they have no access to shelter violates the Constitution’s ban on cruel and unusual punishment, a federal appeals court decided Tuesday."

The Idaho ruling allows them to sleep on the street at night but it does NOT allow them to camp there during the day time hours. This is how cities are getting around this ruling by allowing them to sleep at night on the street but telling them to move on during the day. Which Culver City is one of the cities during this.

sounds like a good way to get run over - NB has to deal with that all the time as he walks down the middle of the road.
