NVC contact number

I tried calling the NVC today, looks like they have an automated message whenever you call. was just wondering if there is another way to contact them or if there is a way for me to check if they have received my case from USCIS please.

You need to keep redialing and eventually you will be put through. Keep doing it until you hear something along the lines of "this call may be monitored"

Hiya! I just called and within 7 minutes got my case number! Did you call 1-603-334-0888? That’s the right number for the nonimmigrant visa. The one on their website is generic I believe and then they give you the right number over the phone.
