Fee "Stuck" @ NVC? Read This....

I just got off the phone with an NVC rep.

 

I paid my IV Fee on 10/30.

I paid my AOS Fee on 11/1.

 

Both IV and AOS Fees cleared my bank.

 

AOS entry is unlocked shortly thereafter. (Even though I paid IV Fee first.)

 

IV Fee is STILL locked.

 

NVC Says:

 

On October 30th, many users who paid a fee are experiencing the same issue.  In order to get the situation resolved, a supervisor must become involved.

 

If you are "locked out" of CEAC due to a fee that is still "In Process" and it's been more than 14 days, CALL NVC and let them know, so they can manually unlock you.

 

Just a friendly tip that may have already been reported elsewhere.

Just an update:

 

The IV was unlocked this morning and payment status changed to PAID.

same issue here but paid on the 7th. money got withdrawn on the 8th and iv showed paid on the 10th.. aos still in process -.-

I have same issue my iv fee is still on process its been 10 days what Can I do ?

mine was through after 13 days 😕 I called 3 times but doubt it helped.

Did NVC customer service do any thing or it went through itself ?

they said they would give it to the supervisor. but that took a week until it went through.

SO yeah It didnt help!

My IV fee is pending about 10 days today

they said I have to wait 10 business day to clear it if not clear in 10 days They told me to call back
