I-130 Which USCIS office for adjustment of status question

Is it required to provide a response to the question "At which USCIS office will the beneficiary apply for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident?" ?

I am selecting a location outside of the country to the following question "At which U.S. Embassy or Consulate location will the beneficiary apply for an immigrant visa?" so I am unsure if I require a response to the previous question and if these serve the same purpose?

Can someone please explain? If the first question is referring to something that needs to be completed after my wife has received her visa and is already in the US, is there a list of locations?

Thanks

You either do consular processing (applying for an immigrant visa) OR you do AOS. So only the immigrant visa location is necessary here. AOS is for people already in the US applying for a green card.

61a-b is IF your wife is already in the USA and you are filing the I-130 and the I-485 to adjust her status.   < N/A   if not living in the USA

62 a-c  is for the embassy/consulate in the Philippines (if that is where she currently resides)
