We petitioned on March 31st, 2020 and were approved on September 14th, 2020. Took 5.5 months. Shouldn't be long for you!

We applied May 4th and still haven't heard any news on an approval from USCIS, although it looks like someone touched our application on September 10th. So that's better than nothing I suppose.

Has anyone experienced a case where the I-130 was approved without any date changes? Thanks!

If your brother's spouse is already in the US and wants to adjust status, then I-485 is required.

Hi all,

I am applying I130 online. I am wondering that how the photos are uploaded on line?

They need 2" by 2". I took the picture at CVS, got a picture in JPG and uploaded it. Will it be 2 by 2 at their end.

I'll appreciate if some body can explain it and guide me.

Use the Department of State's free photo tool to make sure your JPG photos meet the requirements.  Then upload the JPG in the appropriate section on the USCIS online filing site.

Hi, has anyone USCIS log in page has changed ? It does not show how it was before and I can’t find my case that I filed online ...it ask me to add a case and ask me to enter an online access code..which I don’t have .... it’s been 6 months since I submitted ...kinda worried

has anyone recently got approved frm vermount service center (ir/cr1)?  i see 21 months in uscis processing time and 107 days in visa journey 😳.. big difference!!!
