Did you scan all pages of signed I-130a and combine them in a pdf and then upload it?

I signed where they ask to sign at the end of the document. They I scanned it and uploaded with our application

Has anyone here had to attach extra sheets for address/job history along with the I-130A? If so, how did you do it? I plan to upload a separate pdf called "I-130A_addendum" but I am not sure if this is the correct way? Any ideas?

Pretty sure many people did it this way. I think as long as all the information is present it shouldn't matter how you upload it.

Did you do it this way? I am not sure if the field can pick up multiple files, even though you can upload multiple files

We only attached the extra evidences as required such as proof of bonafide relationship (basically a document with our pictures, hotel confirmations, flights etc), affidavits and i-130A. We didn't need to add additional paperwork but would have done it like you if needed. I would run through the guide and see if there's anything else you need to attach and do it. In a way you are limited in how you present your information but as long as it's present it should be fine, and it's filed online so it can't go missing.

Just confirming one more thing - under "current spouse" when it asks you "when did your last marriage end?" did you leave it blank (since it is asking about current marriage not prior marriage)?

Thanks! you probably already know this but the signature is on page 3 not the end of the document.

If I remember correctly it wouldn't let us leave it blank on some forms so we would put the date of submission to show present. If you can now override it, I would put present or leave it blank.

Did you have any concerns with the I-130a scan quality. I have a scanned version which is perfectly readable but of course not as crisp in quality as original I-130a pdf. Can this be a concern?

If it's legible then it's fine.

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has had experience or knows much about service centre transfers. Tried to do some research, but all the reasons listed don't seem to line up with our case. My Husband (a US citizen) filed the I130, and it was accepted at the Texas centre. Today, after talking to someone from USCIS on the phone, we got word that it was being transferred to the Nebraska centre...which has processing times that are twice as long. According to the phone call there were no red flags or indication as to why the transfer is occurring. We know that transfers are common to help with work loads, but being transferred to a centre with processing times that are doubled seems a bit strange. Trying not to get too discouraged by the change. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?

Hello,

The exact same thing happened to us. Our NOA1 stated Texas then we were transferred to Nebraska on February 23rd - our NOA1 date is February 3rd 2020.

Thats a few cases I’ve heard of that have been transferred into Nebraska, unsure of the reason.

Nothing much to do but wait it out unfortunately.
