*NEED HELP* Stuck in Review Period

Hi all, seeking some advice. I am experiencing a couple of issues:

 

(1) I submitted documents back in June 2019 which are still reflected as "submitted" and not accepted. I have other documents submitted in August 2019 that have been reviewed and thus reflected as "Accepted". I followed up with NVC twice - one representative said they will escalate to a supervisor. The other said the documents are being reviewed and will notify us later. As of today (November), I still have not heard anything.

(2) All documents for all 3 of the applicants were approved and accepted. However, later in September, I got emails saying the documents were missing. Not rejected but "missing" Also, I noticed some of the documents were in the wrong places. It looked like a system glitch. I called NVC. One rep said "Ma'am, you must resubmit docs in order to proceed". The other said "Let me escalate to a supervisor". I resubmitted docs but later, in October, different documents for the 3 applicants which were accepted are now missing AGAIN. There are no new notes or comments. It looks like it's all a system glitch.

 

I've called NVC, I've emailed them and I've also asked my Congressional office to help. Of course, none are helpful. Anyone have any advice? I emailed them again two days ago and am just waiting but anyone else experience these issues with system glitches and documents not being reviewed?
