LOL, what?  I'm just being realistic about your chances of being approved with those red flags.....

My questions doesn't relate to the approval of petition or age gap, i just want to know, how long will it take for the security checks and final decision, anyway you don't have to be realistic with me, please find someone else to be realistic with, i know what you are trying to do, but sorry to say, you are not gonna be successful. I know how to see off people like you, no offence.

Okay, the bottom line (as myself and others have told you):  there is NO WAY to know how long the security checks will take.  They take as long as they take.  They cannot be waived or expedited.

And really:  "I know how to see off people like you"??  That doesn't even make sense.

Well you asked for advice so here it is. You are 20 and your wife is 73. If you are tired of not being together then she needs to move to Pakistan.. You are basically starting from scratch again and since the first time around it took 2-3 years to get to now, you should expect another 2-3 years for it to go around again. So again if you truly want to be together she needs to go there.

Security checks are done at various points in the process. They are very slow esp for people in your region as most of the records are stored on paper and not electronically. They run your name, variations of your name etc and have to manually sort through files. Also there is only one copy of the file so it has to be passed around to the Officers that need it. They will also do another round of security checks after you interview. It wont go any faster the second or third time they check.

Thank you for replying. .

No one's going to be able to even begin to predict how long it will take, honestly.  Considering the red flags mentioned that need to be sorted out, and the home country/consulate involved---I wouldn't expect a final decision being made anytime soon.

I would suggest you and your spouse have further conversations regarding what your Plan B is.

Ah, but see, here's the reason why people are bringing up the age gap (and other red flags)...it DOES relate to how long the security checks will take, and the final decision.

Careful, you're teetering on the brink of a TOS violation....might want to brush up on the rules.

Just because you are not getting the answers you want to hear, does not mean that people responding to your thread are incorrect.

it's not the people, it's you, and i believe you are  violating  the rules, by engaging yourself in making baseless comments, about my marriage.

How have I violated the TOS?

It is against the TOS to tell people not to post, and you have done that in this thread.

Just noticed another red flag in your case (from another previous thread) is that your wife is divorced.  Again, unfortunately not common for a man in your country to marry not only a woman 53 years his senior, but also one who is a divorcee.

If her previous spouse was someone she also sponsored for a visa in a past, well that just added fuel to the fire.

Fortunately immigration is a two-way street.

that's not gonna change my thoughts about my wife and my immigration journey, my sole intention is to be with my wife, it's our decision, you are nobody to give us dictation about, what we should be doing.

Interesting---perhaps it's a language barrier.

I never dictated anything of the sort.  Mentioning red flags in your case is just that---mentioning red flags.  Where did I dictate what you should do? Perhaps I missed it.
