When did you send your 765/131 to USCIS and what office is handling it? Mine was received August 29 approved March 17. So approximately 6 months and my office is National Benefits Center.

Wow, that really sucks.

Our interview is next Thursday and we know nothing, Not even if our attorney is still willing to go.

I'm still waiting for the SS card. It's going to be 4 weeks on Friday since I got the EAD card and apparently all SS offices are closing today.

4 weeks seems too long. A week after I got my EAD, I visited my local SSA office and they said DHS hadn't approved anything for me yet. I had to file there and they sent it a few days later.

Concurrent filing of 485, 130, and 765 (AOS from tourist visa)
25.05.19 - Arrival in US
31.07.19 - Married on a B2 visa
01.11.19 - Filed packet with USPS
04.11.19 - Forms received and signed for
13.11.19 - Checks cashed and notified by text
18.11.19 - NOA1 for the 3 forms received in the mail (Notice date 13.11.19)
22.11.19 - Biometrics letter received (Notice date 15.11.19)

06.12.19 - Biometrics appointment complete

03.01.20 - RFIE for I-485 mailed

Okay if it’s a similar timeline to mine you can expect end of May or beginning of June for you to get approvals. I hope it’s sooner for you!

Hows everyone and their family holding up during these times? Although everything on my end is in standstill I’m still checking the site and I’ve seen some ppl getting their gc approved without interview! I’m hoping it trickles down to b1/B2 visa applicants because they all have different visas Like the  K1 visas and other types. But hope everyone stays encouraged and maybe just maybe a few more will get this lucky chance.

Not to bad we were hoping for the AP and work permit to go though before all this and was predicted for end of March that's been pushed further and further back now but we still keep checking. Didnt realise some people were getting their green card without interview.

Would have been nice to bring in some extra money as it's all been allot longer than we expected. But the main thing is everyone stays safe :)

Recently heard some movement in other circles. An employment-based adjustment submitted in November 2019 approved without interview, Manhattan/NYC FO. Not sure about reliability, but movement is movement I guess 😐

October filer here- I haven’t even received an interview notice both before or after the pandemic.

Have started to call them every few days to try and get movement on my application. They admitted our application was taking longer than it should, but unfortunately all they can do is “request the office to look into it”. It’s currently at the national benefits center.

if you call them every few days and get a nice rep they will keep putting the inquiry in. At some point the NBC will move my application. It’s agitating seeing how bad our government operates.
