My lawyer asked me tax transcript 3 years and 2018 w2. I dont have w2, will tax transcript be enough of last 3 years?

Tax transcripts are sufficient, no W2 needed.

But, in your post title you mention 'tax return'. Tax returns are not sufficient, you would need W2 with that.

So make sure what you actually mean, and act accordingly... 😀

You are right. Tax transcript is what you get from IRS. You can download them from their website after creating an account. You can also request them by calling them.

Tax return is what you submit to IRS when you file your tax.

'tax return transcript' is the same as tax transcript.

If you filed married filing jointly then besides tax transcripts, you need to submit either your w2 or schedules from the most recent tax year

Note that the IRS provides a number of official transcripts.  A "Tax Return Transcript" is the only thing that applies in immigration cases.  Generally, those are sufficient but sometimes W2 forms are asked for.  If you EVER had a W2, it can be replaced. If not applicable, then it doesn't exist and cannot be provided.

I just sent the last tax return transcript 2018. Is that OK or NVC want 3 years?

NVC states they only require the most recent tax return/transcript, which is 2018.

Not quite.  There are several different types of tax transcripts but the tax return transcript is the one we want.

Correct as to what NVC wants but depending on the circumstances, a Consular Officer can ask for all three.  This will cause a delay, if only one was sent.  In most cases, (like when all three years are going to look the same) there should be no need to send more than the latest.  In other cases, where the most recent year's income is down because of time off traveling etc. it's best to send all three.  For India, always, all three.  It's a judgment call.

This is one of those questions where instructions in links are not sufficient.  Instead, the anonymous quote in my signature below, tends to come into play.
