Can anyone from Hong Kong help with entering address on N-400 Application

Can anyone who worked or lived in Hong Kong help us? My wife is completing the online version of the N-400 and I have two questions. First, for employers what occupation does she choose from the drop down menu? She was a domestic helper. Second, when listing the address where she lived and worked in Hong Kong how do I input her address? she lived Wilson Rd., Jardines Lookout Causeway Bay. We are not sure what to list in the City/Town and Province box. Thank you in advance.
