Was your son mentioned on you visa paperwork? Has the problem with  the birth certificate been resolved?

Yes he was mentioned on my visa. And yes the problem on his birthcertificate has been resolved...he applied for a passport already...he is 9 years old by the way.

Fill out a ds160 at the embassy online system.   His Visa needs to be issued before the one year anniversary of your Visa

YMMV

He needs his own (k2), he needs his own interview,  medical,  etc...

YMMV
