I am petitioning for my Canadian husband and two daughters. I have a joint sponsor, my dad, and I've filled out an I-864 for him. I need to complete one as the petitioner now, but I don't have any income to sponsor which is why my dad is sponsoring. I'm stuck on part 3 Information on the Immigrants You Are Sponsoring. What do I chose 1, 2 or 3? None of them seem to fit. And looking ahead to Part 4 Information About You (Sponsor), would I put my dad's information in again or mine?

Immediate relative petitions all stand alone .. you would have submitted 130 for each of them .. IR1 for your husband , IR 2 for each child if they are not USC through birth. So each is sponsored separately with an 864 for each one , number or immigrants sponsored is 1 on each form.  Are they eligible to become USC on entry to to the US? That can impact what sponsorship is needed.

Yes I submitted an 130 for each and an 864 joint petitioner as my dad as the sponsor for each. They aren't eligible to become USC on entry.

Trying to figure out how I fill out my 864 (as the petitioner) when I don't have any income and my dad is the sponsor. Looking at parts 3 & 4

You fill out one for each application by just answering the questions about income etc honestly. As petitioner you must be the principal sponsor , even if your income isn’t sufffcient .. answer each question as applicable .. and submit along with the joint sponsor form and evidence.  On your fathers form he will indicate that he is joint sponsor
