Go for it 😂 it will probably be out of nappies by the time Nebraska have done anything haha

I’m just having a bad day and seeing those moving so quick got to me. I’m getting tired of the questions of why it’s taking so long and when are you moving and I think I need to stop reading things for a bit (in the hope that I’ll get good news too)

I totally understand you! It is frustrating to see people getting approved that filed around the time we did but had a fast center.

I really hope that things will be moving quicker soon so that y’all get some good news too! ☺️🙏🏻

Getting a little anxious, to see if any of the Nebraska IOE and early K-3 filers will get some movement soon?  I waited too long to submit mine, processing times put it about 2 weeks before the CR-1 should be approved.  A slight glimmer of hope it looks like Nebraska transferred a lot out, and are starting to approve some I-130's from early March.

And even if a petition for a K3 were to be approved, the K3 would likely die at NVC as policy is to now go through will CR1/IR1 cases rather than K3s.

Actually it's the fact that the I-130 NOA2 reaches the NVC at or before the I-129F is why the NVC closes the I-129F.   If just the I-129F reaches the embassy for a K3 they will process it exactly like they do a fiance I-129F and send it onto embassy or consulate.

I hope so! March is 7 months for both of my petitions. Hoping for late March, mid April news. We can only wait and see!

Looks like Nebraska has started on the July approvals, even the ones without applying for i129f too

We’ve not been one of the lucky ones yet, although quite a few before and after our date so who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ Maybe it will be our turn very soon, but at this stage I’m inclined to say our i129f application hasn’t had any effect in speeding it up if they’ve already started on July anyway.
But over the coming few weeks will be the time that lots of us will find out I’m sure.

I really hope they keep up the speed in Nebraska so that we‘ll hear something as well in 3-4 months 🙏🏻

Yeah that would be amazing if they kept the speed up. Hoping and praying for everyone that Nebraska speeds up and starts approving faster.

Well it looks like some in August have been processed, maybe Nebraska won't be as bad as we originally  thought. Good luck to all.

Per another post: (Nebraska 202 Days!)

This morning I got a text that our I-130 cases were approved. Our receipt date was August 8th. We had receipt numbers that started with IOE, but the receipt notices came from Nebraska - so I had assumed it was subject to the long wait time. But surprise! The cases were suddenly approved this morning.

I *just* got back from visiting them in Philippines 1.5 weeks ago... now I'll be going back to get them soon :)

You still have about 4 more months to go until the average 12 months NSC processing time for the I-130 - and 5 more until the 7 months for the I-129F - is reached.

Since they‘re around the same time, I‘d assume your earliest approval for either one is in April. I‘m making this guess as it seems the USCIS went back to normal processing times for the I-129 and not accelerated ones.

I‘m sure hoping it‘ll be faster though! I‘m sure it won‘t be 16 months.

I know what the processing time is, but when they skip over months and go to August, one wonders.  Hope you're right and it doesn't take as long as they are saying.

For sure! I can totally understand why you wonder - It is weird.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed that you won’t have to wait too much longer! I’m sure you’re almost there! 🙏🏻

Wow! I hope they keep up the speed! I can’t help but assume that the IOE cases get accessed from different service centers though and not necessarily the one they were assigned to 🤔

So, did everyone’s cases get transferred? Mine was moved out from Nebraska to Cali - but Cali has a much faster K3 processing time. Do you think I can submit an inquiry even with my LIN K3 lol

Mine was transferred to Texas. Not sure how that would work with the I-129F
