im extatic she had to go back. its even better she screamed and cryed for mommy to get her out of this mess. its about time this rich spoiled brat got what was coming to her.

how dare they even give her a break from 45 days down to 23 cuz of over crowding in the jail...how can it be over crowded if she had her own room? oh yeah that make alot of sence.

I voted yes...in fact, I am going to donate half of my salary to the Paris Hilton defense fund. We need her out of jail...it's a sad, sad world indeed when our Hollywood elite are treated like the common man.

Ok, let me be the first to say right out...yeah, I do feel bad for her. NOW.

Let me explain....I would have been the first to say AHHHHHHHHH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH when I found out she had to go to jail...and I did do that. When I found out she had to go BACK after being released I was all...aaaaaaaaahhh hahahahahah AGAIN. That said, after having it on in the backround half the day today (cleaning, and bored and didn't want to get into a regular show...anyway...) I have changed my mind a bit. Not because she was bawling and blah blah...but for a few reasons....

1/ she shouldn't have to be the big pawn in the battle between the judge and the sheriff. They're gettin all p**sy with each other, and she's caught in the middle of it. I was really annoyed when she showed up late for court (before she ever went to jail) thinking "who does she think she IS?" but today it wasn't even her fault..the sheriff refused to go get her until he finally backed down from his standoff with the judge.

2/she's put in/released/put in.... Imean come on...that's not really a fair way to treat anyone. Make up her mind already you know???

and lastly 3/ she's a celebrity yeah...and a TOTAL spoiled brat rich kid....but she's a person too. Who knows, but a lot of her acting out is probably because it's what's made her popular, and it keeps her popular. NOT that I'm condoning it in any way...I hate how she acts/Nicole Ritchie/Linsey Lohan, etc etc....but it has to get sooooo old having every one of your movements tracked...and then something like this that is stressful for you and you have media chasing you down the street, in the courthouse, it's all over the news and you know that. It has to add a lot more stress. And yeah...I know it comes with the territory and all that but still...sheesh.

I am soooooooooooooooooooo NOT condoning drinking and driving...wrong, wrong WRONGGGGG and I would *never* do it..never have, never will. That said, I think she should get the same exact type of sentence that every other person gets for this offense...and from everything on the news, she got quite a few more days than most anyone else gets. She should certainly be taken to task for ignoring the judge the first time though, when she had a chance NOT to go to jail, so maybe she does deserve this.

So yeah...I'm so not a big Paris fan,but I actually do feel a lil' sorry for her at this point. I know a lot of people will disagree with me...I probably would have yesterday too! :P M.

not only was she drunk driving but had a suspended liscence and broke her probation. she got a fair punishment for the crime. we had a friend who got 30 days just for driving under suspended liscence.

The judge might be doing her a favor, hopefully she will learn from this experience to be more humble, it's not a script from Real life with Nicole, this is the big Cahuna. Things could have get out of hand and with one of those drinking nights have an accident and kill someone, that remorse would have been worse, not counting the family that would be affected by such tragedy, so far nobody has been harm but herself, WAKE UP.

Gone but not Forgotten!

Paris Hilton is a waste of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Why should I care that some trashy party ####### is all upset because she's found that there actually ARE consequences to your actions?

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
