Hello, my n400 interview is scheduled next week and I just have a few questions regarding the documents I needed to bring.

the letter only mentions to bring the following:

-GC

-Passport

-Marriage Cert (if applying on a 3yr rule)

-US Spouse birth cert

-Letter of appointment

-ID

In my online application, I've only submitted documents such as our Tax Transcripts (for 3yrs), Joint Insurances, Joint bank accts (from certain dates to present) and our Lease copies.

My problem is that when I filed my ROC, I submitted all of my (only) copies of our lease from 2015-2017. So I dont have any copies of it right now. The only ones I have  with me is the  lease from 2018-2019 and 2019-2020. Same with our joint bank statements...when i filed my n400 online, I only submitted statements from Jan 2018- Feb 2019 (but this shouldnt be a problem since i can always get these statements from online banking). Are these docs really needed during my n400 interview. If they ask for my lease copies from 2015 - 2017, can i just tell them i sent my only copies when i filed my ROC?

You can go to the IRS website and request your tax transcripts from the previous years, you can download and print. All free.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

Hello. Yes I have all my IRS transcripts, my worry is our lease papers from 2015-2017 as I've submitted the only copies I had when filing for Removal of Conditions.

Contact your previous landlord and ask him/her for a letter stating that you and your spouse were the tenants. They should be able to give you that if they are friendly.
