Hello Visajourney...

My sisters case was placed on AP sept 2018in Accra Ghana. Case is an F1B - unmarried child of US citizen. The case was sent back to the USCIS for review and was re-affirmed by USCIS. 221-G follow up interview scheduled in January. New medicals and police clearance needed for this new interview as the old one has expired.  They are requesting for a divorce decree from a previous marriage . Anyone with experience please brief me

get the new medical exam

get the new police clearance

get the divorce documents they ask for

if she has a statement showing the case reaffirmed i would take that to the interview

 

just do what immigration asks for and attend the new interview

What do you need advice on? The instructions seem pretty straightforward?

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
