The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.

NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in CAIRO, EGYP to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).

Please do NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until you have received an immigrant visa from the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General may

My I-130 application got sent to Texas, some of the other service centers take longer.  That’s the letter you got in August 2019?  If so, you should get your interview letter very soon.  I think you should keep trying to call NVC until you reach someone to make sure.  Also, did you check your email spam folder?? Others said their interview letters were there...  hope you find something out soon.

I did email them and they send me this last month

NVC received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The application is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant's visa application.

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments as the cases become documentarily qualified. NVC schedules appointments one month in advance, but we cannot predict when an interview appointment will be available.

When an appointment is available, we will notify the applicant, pet

What day was it when they sent you the first email in August you should have received your interview letter a long time ago and your interview should have been done because I received mine August 23rd and my interview is February 23rd you should really consider calling NVC and trying to get ahold of someone

You can try to give them a call right now they have 13 minutes and they are going to close so they might not be that busy and you might be able to get ahold of someone

They called

Or I can email them right?

If you email them they are going to take about a month to reply back to you but if you call them it will be a faster process
