Ok, I thought I read that all my fiancee's daughter needs is a passport because she is 8 years old. Then as time goes on I start getting my doubts of my form filing skills. Is there a form that I need to fill out for the daughter? Thanks for all the help.

Assuming you listed your fiancee's daughter on the I-129F, you're good. They will both get packet 3 from the Consulate. That's when there are forms for the daughter. After they arrive, you'll need to file for each of them to adjust status. The petition and then visa are just the first two parts of a process with at least 4 major segments.
