This reply is intended for the one who is in AP but does not belong to Pakistan. Earlier I saw a post like this.

Okay, well you quoted me instead of whoever you thought you were quoting.

You gave comment on Pakistan section so I quoted you that why others are there in AP too for a long time now. Anyways thanks

Dude:  this thread is NOT in any sort of Pakistan section.  It is in the section for waivers.  This is why @portorusa, whose French husband is on AP,  was comrmenting.

You seem to be confused.

You seem to be confused to understand my comment well. I meant i understand if Pakistanis are placed under AP but what about that french and other cases? That is all.

This forum is to take help form others' experiences.

Thanks .

I didn't say at all that this is Pakistan section as I can see people from various countries. I mentioned the phrase "Pakistan section" to refer to your earlier comment of high fraud country list and disproportionately high ratio of Pakistanis placed under AP.

I also pray that all end up getting what is the best for them.

Administrative Processing can be caused by many things, not just by the necessity of background check. My husband is in AP because of a missing document (Police certificate for his 15 y.o. son).

I am in AP also due to missing document dear. The CO asked me to upload one document online n kept my passport n also didn't tick any other option on the form except the missing document.

This section is indeed for Pakistan. Each country has its own section. Find wherever you need help from/for.

"Home -> Forums -> Consulate & USCIS Service Center Discussion -> Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g) -> Administrative SICK Processing"

Nope...still nothing about Pakistan in there.
