AP at nvc before case number

Anyone please help me,I got approval from uscis July 2019,nvc received September and we didn’t get our case number and invoice for paying bill,they telling it is in under administrative processing and we entered our case into their database,yesterday also called same words”it is administrative processing “

anyone face administrative processing in nvc before WL
