K1 and K2 online visa interview appointment in US embassy Manila

Hi, I would like to ask if anyone has an experience of scheduling a k1 and k2 online visa interview appointment at the same time with only one appointment letter for both? I was able to schedule our k1 and k2 visa interview at the US embassy Manila but there is only one appointment letter for the both of us. In the appointment letter only my name (Applicant name) is indicated but for the number of applicants it says 2 applicants. On the second page its where my name and the name of my son and the UID numbers are indicated. I was just confused because I read some posts here that some k1 and k2 visa applicants have 2 separate appointments for each. I was wondering if someone was able to have their interview for both the k1 and k2 visa with only one appointment letter. Appreciate if someone could share their experience regarding this topic.

One appointment letter is all you need. If you were able to schedule the interview appointment for both you and your K2 then you are fine. Nothing to worry about.

If you look at your NVC letter you will see one case number but list twice one is yours, case number ending in 01 and the other is your k2 ending in 02.

You are good    That is the way it is done.   There are two appointments, but you are the primary so both are listed on the one letter.

Thank you so much for the reply. Thanks also for the information about the case number. Yes there’s only one case number but listed twice ending in 01 and 02.

Alright. Thanks so much for the reply.

I was just a little bit worried because when I viewed the appointment history online it says k1 for the both of us in the interview appointment. When I was making the appointment online there is no option to put k2 for the child. You just have to add your dependent’s name (child) if she/he’s going with you to the interview.
