Sm. Super Mall I think.  Mega Malls in Asia. The one near my place in the PI SM seaside is one of the 5 biggest in the world I think.  Its massive either way.

Different culture - I worked in Japan and just the way it is. 
 

A colleague wife I was working with brought us hot bento boxes for lunch. God help her if she was late or lunch was cold. I felt a bit embarrassed by the vocal lashing she got it it was late or cold but again it’s a cultural thing.

Thank you. It is not acceptable to have different standards of dress for men and women at work so that women are forced to be uncomfortable or in pain purely because it "looks nice." It's also not acceptable -- and I cannot believe I am saying this -- to accept that it's okay because it's the cultural norm to yell at a woman for being late bringing her husband a hot meal, or because it's cold. That man can get his own damn lunch!

Just because it’s not YOUR culture, does not mean the culture is wrong for another.  Having lived among other cultures for several years, there were many things that made me glad to be an American, with all our freedoms.  But I sure wasn’t going to go around telling them how wrong they were!
