I've got about 12 addresses I've lived at since I turned 16 and I have no trouble getting through about half of them but when I go to "add another" the webpage just stops working then boots me out. I end up losing all the information because the page won't save unless you've completed all the information including all the addresses. The system counts the last year you've entered and knows your birth year, so you can't just finish adding addresses at a later time. It seems to need to be done all in one shot.

I've tried in both Chrome and Safari so far. Safari is a bit better than Chrome but still craps out.

Anyone else have this issue? I can't get past this part...

Try internet explorer. That solved the problems I had with the DS 260. In my case, some questions were not showing but they did when I used internet explorer.  I hope it works!

Let me brush off my encyclopedias and then I'll download IE lol

I did think about it, I just didn't think it would have to come to this!

I'll give IE a shot and report back. Thanks!

Edit - Welp, looks like you can't access IE on a Mac. Will have to try Firefox or Opera. Maybe one of them will eventually work.

I tried various browsers, and had the same issue as you. I had MANY addresses to fill in.

i wrote down all the addresses in order with dates, as per the boxes on the 260.

I then in one big swoop as quick as possible added all the addresses. it took me about 5 times, to improve my speed and avoid the crash/timeout issue.

I used firefox, wrote down addresses, and improved my typing speed. haha.

Firefox JUST crapped out on me with ONE address to go...ugh. This will be attempt #5 and this time I'll write it all out entirely. Thanks haha.
