Hi all, I was just wondering if there is a source that has all the K-1,K-3, etc etc forms in spanish? If so can you link me up??? PreThanks.. John and Nora

Why? You're going to be filling them out and you speak English.

well they have certain forms in Vietnamese, and infopass has all sorts of languages to make your appointments in. It's a valid question. (one that I dont have the asnwer to unfortunately).

Depends on the forms. If you search the USCIS site or your consulate site, you'll find many forms are available in Spanish. Keep in mind, however, that sometimes the beneficiary is still required to answer in English.

I was thinking of another way of speeding things up is all. Lord knows we have to wait enough as it is.... Heck.. may be a market here for this kind of documentation. It's up for grabs!!! I don't have a problem with helping someone in any way to help speed up the process... I know our wait is just starting. Thanks again for the help.... John and Nora

I've only seen address change forms in languages other than English.

Sure, if that's all you may have noticed. The G-731 is available in Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and Vietnamese, I-131 in Vietnamese. Kitkat1 had a good idea of checking the consul websites.

Here they are---> VISA Forms in Spanish

Here is english link---> My Visa Forms

Well, that's interesting. However, the embassy in Colombia for example sends the forms in Spanish. I don't know if they do that in Argentina, but why pay for something that you can get for free?

jlscott,

You can probably find Spanish-language versions of the DOS forms on most of the websites for consulates located in Spanish-speaking countries.

You may have a hard time finding Spanish-language versions of the USCIS forms, and if you do find some you won't be able to use them anyway - material submitted to USCIS must be in the English language.
