I sent out my package on July 25, then NOA received on August 18. It has been 15 months but still heard nothing from CSC. Even I see they are conducting interviews and approving people filed on Nov - Jan. The processing time on USCIS website for CSC is 16.5 months for now. Can I do anything to make it process faster? Anyone on the same boat?

It says between 16 to 21.5 unfortunately, and that they are now working on applications from February, 2018. You can try sending a service request once you hit the 16 month mark and see what they say. I'm also at CSC, but I filed July 2019 so I'm prepared to wait a while as well.
