Hi all :)

I'm going through all our stuff ready to start our AOS package and had a quick maybe obvious question.

I won't have any need or want to leave the country anytime soon so I was thinking of only sending the AOS and EAD but not the APD. Does this mean the total payment would be $1,720?

Would it make more financial sense to just put in for everything and it would cost $1,225 (from what I can make out on the site)?

Thank you in advance.

$1225 for the i485.  Same price whether or not you submit the i765 and i131.

Awesome thank you :)
Also, with a k1 visa, would I have an A-number? I can't seem to find one anywhere, the closest thing is an annotation number on my passport bit?

I would strongly suggest to apply for the AP anyway because:

1. It’s free.

2. You don’t have any need but emergencies and extraordinary circumstances do happen. We have seen times and times again here on VJ that is as soon as someone arrives in the US, a loved one got sick back home and you gotta go back, your best friend may decide to get married and want you to be bridesmaid, what if your great Aunt is gonna give you $100,000 cash with one condition that is you go back for her birthday, your husband/wife gets to go to a one week conference in Cancun and you’d rather spend a week at the beach.

3. It’s wouldn’t cost you anything extra.

4. Did I mention it’s free?

They ask for travel dates, what if you only need it for emergency down the road? Can you still apply for this AP?

On mine and from what I've seen of others who asked  the same online while researching you can just put unknown for the date/details etc since you obviously don't know.
