The foreign fiancee's present address is the last address she had outside the United States for more than 1 year. Since she has lived at the same address for her entire life the from columns should have her birth month and year and the to columns should have Present Time, not none.

Well, you're welcome but my answer was wrong. Sometimes the mind twists. Interestingly, later today, I filled out the same form for AOS and actually filled in the same address as her last one in China. Since your SO only has one address, I would write "See present address above." There's plenty of room and that cannot be misunderstood. I would then go ahead and fill in the City, State/Province, and Country putting "present" and "time" respectively as the dates. Sorry for any confusion.
