Hello all!

Just wondering if many of you have submitted your files online (rather than posting to the lockbox)? My husband is about to file his petition tomorrow and we are seriously considering doing this the new online way - my thinking is that it must surely cut out some margin for human error and avoid the lockbox stage completely? Whether or not it will get looked at/ filed any quicker is up for debate!

Particularly wondering if those who have filed online, have received the usual NOA1?

Thank you all - beyond excited to finally get this process going and be one step closer to my husband in LA!

Hi @LondonerCat, how much evidence was your husband able to submit online besides your marriage certificate, passport photos etc? I'm not sure if there is a location to add additional evidence such as wedding pictures,  invoices etc online. Please if you can let me know, I would appreciate it. Thanks

Hi @Ramona M, You are able to submit as much as you want - you attach separate files to support the i130, including the i130-A and evidence - we submitted evidence of trips, contact with one another and lots of photos!
