Hi!! My husband is US Citizen and he submitted my application (I-130) which got approved on February 1st, 2019 and on August 21st, 2019 they asked him for Initial Evidence which they received on October 29th, 2019. Does anyone know how long will USCIS take to approve I-130 petition or make decision after RFE recieved? Thank you!!

Are you sure you don’t mean they received the 130 in February?  Did you submit 485 too?  Are you in or out of the US?

I am from Pakistan. My husband submitted my form I-130 to USCIS which they approved in February. We didn’t submit 485. What 485 is about?
