I never did get to go to my March appointment, but my case status was updated to show bio's were taken today! Think they'll refund the $85.00? 🤪

Fingers crossed I hear something this week. I should have used a Cheque instead of money order because it would be easy to know when they cashed it 🤦🏽‍♀️

He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.

  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.
  • 11/02/22.      Letter mailed with oath ceremony date and time 
  • 11/08/22.      Received letter oath ceremony scheduled for 11/15/22 @9am Charleston 
  • 11/15/22.      Oath Ceremony in Charleston (finally a citizen of the USA 🇺🇸) 🥳🍾

Hello Nov'19 Filers .Best wishes for the quick processing . We will be filing Next month for I751 , So thought to ask in the forum here : what documents etc should I be accumulating for my package ? Any do's /dont's formatting/arrangement ideas would be very helpful . 

 

Also one concern that my husband bought house before I arrived in USA and hence my name is not in the house papers ? Could that be a problem ? Please advise .

Joining this thread as I sent my package a little late on the 12th I think. Recently got my 18 month extension letter. 

Unfortunately lost my GC in May so hopefully I’ll be able to travel with just my stamp and the extension letter. 

05/24/2017 Entered the US on a J1 visa

10/10/2017 We got married!

10/27/2017 AOS Package sent via USPS - Chicago Lockbox

10/30/2017 Package delivered 

10/31/2017 Priority Date

11/07/2017 Received email and text notifications about all 4 forms

11/14/2017 Received hard copies of all 4 NOAs

11/21/2017 Received biometrics appointment notice scheduled for 11/29

12/15/2017 Interview notice - interview is scheduled for January 19th! Holy #$%^ that's less than 3 months from PD!

01/02/2018 EAD + AP approved

01/16/2018 Combo card delivered

01/19/2018 Interview - recommended for approval

01/22/2018 New card is being produced :dance:
