Hi All, We received RFE notice today from Nebraska center for application filed on Nov 15th, 2019. The notice says Insufficient evidence, although we have submitted all and more docs than during conditional residency approval. Below is the full list we submitted. We are planning to get 4 affidavits of support from friends and also to include 2019 joint Tax return/transcripts. I am at a loss what else to submit. Can you guys please advise?

  • Copy of our house deed, purchase copy and latest mortgage statement.
  • Copies of the tax statements & IRS transcripts for the previous two years (2017-2018)
  • Copy of house insurance
  • Copy of Auto insurance
  • Copies of several statements over years from our joint checking account
  • Copy of Utility Bill (Electric)
  • Copy of both our work benefits confirmation
  • Copy of my husband’s last two pay statements.
  • Copy of our travel itineraries
  • Photographs (about 30)

Wow, really shocking because I'm having the same problem like you. We have sent everything but we got RFE. I'm so mad about it because we also sent more documents than applying for conditional residency. If I show the documents we sent to uscis to regular American married couple I'm sure they would say that don't have that many things shared in between. The things they're asking on RFE are what we sent already plus they are saying that don't send the same documents. Really trying hard to find extra documentation that we didn't submit already.

Sorry that you are going through the same thing, my friend. I am at my wit's end. Not sure what other documents I can submit

I'm going to send 2017 and 2019 tax transcript and 4 affidavits from third-party. Also even if it says don't send the same documents listed in RFE I'm going to add 2 pics from 2017, 2 pics from 2018, 2 from 2019 and 3 from 2020. I'm gonna try to show them we're together since 2017 instead of sending most recent documents.

Any updates for YSC filers? Filed in Nov 2019,did biometrics a few weeks after. Case has been "Received" since January 2020.

hi, I'm a YSC filer from November as well, I still have the same case status like you. From a different thread, all of which are YSC filers, only a filer of i-751 from July 2019 has just recently received his card. So... it might still be a long way for us!

That is awesome brother.  I think it is the card since that's where the production happen.

Keep us posted on what is happening.

@onthejourney1 are you going to use bigger envelope than what they sent for RFE

Guys the envelope they sent is too small for the evidence we're going to send. Do you think I can send everything with bigger envelope and tape the small one(the one they sent) on top of the bigger one I'm gonna use? Need some advice.

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

Bad news on my end..

My status was changed from new card being process to "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction". I don't understand this. :(

How can they just changed the decision in 2 weeks?

Anyone is going through the same thing? Please share your experience..

Greatly appreciated..
