Hi All... Next week I will send the I-751 to Texas which 90 days exactly wish all luck .

There are many success stories there and instructions on what to travel with. 

I am only speaking on my personal experience and people i personally know who experienced that. When you present a stamp on a passport to an airline agent, most of the times they don't know if legit or not. Plus, when you get the extension letter, you do not get a stamp on the passport even if you asked for it. I went multiple times to the USCIS office asking for it when my green card was returned undelivered. They told me that I have a letter to use for international travels and refused to stamp my passport because i have an approved case or letter. I also (as stated above) asked an officer in Morocco about it and they informed me that they usually don't allow it because they don't know if it is 100% legit and most of the times can't verify it because they don't have the appropriate means. I know someone who got stuck in Europe because the airline refused their boarding. He had to go to the US embassy to get special permission for it. From the US perspective, it is perfectly fine especially in Canada or Mexico, but in other places where they don't interact with it a lot, it could be a problem because it is more of an airline agent, than border officers. Yes, you should be able to travel and US laws allow that, but in foreign countries, they don't recognize it much.  Research it in more places that VJ and you will learn more stories.

Fair enough. Each person should be informed of the experiences and make their own plans accordingly.

I got my text today that they received my package and my husband confirmed that the check was cashed. I also saw in USPS Informed Delivery that I am receiving a letter from USCIS. I guess now we wait 16-21.5 months 😂

Got the text confirmation today that my packet was received on 11/6 with a case number for the Vermont Service Center. 13.5 - 19 months here we come!

Ni guys whats the name and number of the form you send in with your package in order to get a text back from uscis when they recived the package?

Hi all,

 

I've just my package to Arizona! Should be delivered by Friday.. applied based on my three year marriage (technically 4 yrs now)my local office is Seattle,WA! let the waiting game start! Hopefully we'll get approved so we can vote for the 2020 presidential election!

You're applying for citizenship? Did you already do ROC last year?

Mailed packet on November 4th, my wife received a text today, Nov 13th, with the receipt number.  A check on myUSCIS shows the packet was received on the 5th.  Now just waiting on NOA1.

 

Another long USCIS begins......

If you did not include the form, once you get the NOA1, you can sign up for notifications at myUSCIS to get email and text alerts going forward.
