VJ timeline search doesn't work

I'm writing to report what appears to be a bug in the VJ timeline search.

I actually posted this exact same problem to this forum 2 months ago, but no one replied, so I'm trying again now.

 

I used the advanced search to try to search for cases that have had their AOS interview between 01/01/19 and 11/03/19.

 

However, when I enter these search terms in the advanced timeline search, the search results contain many cases that not match 

my search query. For example, many of the results for the search query described above have not even had their AOS interview yet.

 

Is VJ aware of this bug? Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem?

I did, and it's still buggy. 

Still trying to return only search results where the AOS interview is complete (by entering a time range for AOS interview), but the search results are still turning up mostly cases where the interview has not yet occurred.

Can you take a screen shot or post the exact filter values you are using?

Unfortunately I am unable to upload any screenshots, because VisaJourney caps image attachments at 70 kb, and it's impossible to get the screenshots down to under 70 kb without reducing the resolution so much that they're impossible to read.

 

As an aside, seriously, why does VJ have such a ridiculously low limit for image attachments? It's like VJ is still living in 1998 or something.

 

Anyway, since I can't upload any screenshots, I'll just tell you what I did in my search.

All I did was select "San Francisco" as the "Local Office", and "2019-01-01" to "2019-11-01" as the "Adjustment of Status Interview Date Range".

 

Here's the top 5 search results:

All of these 5 search results have the correct Local Office (San Francisco), so at least that part of the search query is working correctly.

The problem is the AOS interview date range. NONE of the 5 timelines above have had their AOS interview yet. Not a single one. If the timeline search were working correctly, none of these timelines would show up in the search results.

When I continue down through the list of search results, it's the same thing. Almost none of them have had their AOS interviews yet, so these search results are all useless to me.

 

There must be a mistake in the code somewhere. Hope you can have your coders look under the hood, figure out what the problem is, and fix it.

Yep, fixed.  We had visa interview and AOS interview vars swapped.  Check now.

The issue was max storage size by user.  You were near max.  You can view your attachments in the drop down menu.

 

I've increased the storage size for all members by 2x to help some.  The challenge is just file space when you add all our members up.  We cap per member limits because of this.
