Minimum age to file a K-3?

What do you mean by "file a K-3 visa". Submit the prerequisite petitions or submit the application for the visa?

Either way, if one is old enough to have married then they are old enough to petition or to apply. Might have a problem with an affidavit of support for adjustment of status, though, if under the age to enter into a contract with the US government (I don't know what that age might be).

Being 20 now I wouldn't think that you'd have any problems.

I'm 20 and I was wondering if the minimum age is 18 or 21 to file a K-3 visa. Thank you.
