Technically as of early 2019 everyone's process is an online process, hence the receipt numbers starting with IOE. Whether you mail the hard copy or submit online uscis has started to upload all the information and documents. Thats why all of you have online uscis accounts now. This speeds things up when it comes to getting NOAs. You'll get your approval/denial notices online before they mail it to you.

@Quarknase still no reply from TSC about my question. Not that I’m surprised! Wanted to update you.

Does everyone else who filed a hard copy petition only see a 25 page random section online of the petition you mailed in?

Ugh I'm sorry. So strange some messages get almost instant replies, and others seem to just disappear somewhere in their ticketing system.

By the way - I'm ready to file my N400, so hopefully soon I'll officially belong in this group hahaha.

I'm currently with my husband so I'm filing (online) two weeks before my return to not miss the biometrics appointment :)

Hi Guys,

I have filed my I-130 in November with a PD of 1st November 2019. Received the NOA, so now its just a waiting game... they gave me the IOE receipt number so I am not sure if that speed things up. However, I did notice on my USCIS account that they did not scan all my documents. Only the receipt of payment and the pictures of me and my wife were scanned. (Left out the divorced decree, marraige certificate, passport copy). Is this normal?  😕

Hey,

Everyone receives IOE number that doesn't make any difference. I assume you filed by mail and yes, it's normal that not all documents show up. Other folks have reported this before.

Hey @Quarknase, I sorta just remembered about the note I sent about the incomplete files, that they were gonna forward the message on to the TSC for their response? Nothing yet! Surprise surprise! I am no longer holding my breath! 😝
