For the online filers does it say something like  "you can upload more documents after petition submission but there is no guarantee that it will be used in petition adjudication"?

Also, are all your documents visible to you after submission?

Yes, all my documents are visible after online submission and it states

"Unsolicited information

You may upload documents that we did not request from you. If you upload additional evidence, USCIS is not required to review or accept these documents when making a decision about your case."

above the upload button on the bottom.

The online tool already checks before submission if you attached all requested documents.

When I logged in for the first time a week ago, I noticed only a small part of my documents were scanned, I’m assuming since it was recently received, it was likely in process and more would be uploaded later. I decided not to freak out right away. I haven’t logged in since so I’ll check this week. I filed paper on Nov 12 and received an IOE receipt number. I have two exact copies of the petition on hand just in case 😝

It looks like this is quite common.  I filed paper back in Sept and only see most of the 130a form online, nothing from 130... (the theory seems to be that USCIS can see everything, somehow)...

Would you mind listing what is available online? and what documents that you sent were left out (no showing up online as of yet)?

Your response will greatly help folks like us who are planning to file.

Last time I logged in, the only items uploaded from my mailed packet that I could see where the WhatsApp chat transcripts (both Spanish and translated English) and my bank statement from our joint bank account. I’ll log in later and see if there is a change.

Do you have the "Upload documents" button available? As you know we're online filers so I'm curious if they offer the same to paper filed IOE's.

If they don't add your missing documents online, maybe you can just upload them yourself and save time for the RFE hahaha 😜

Last time I logged on I did see that upload button, yes. I was tempted to upload what was missing but I didn’t want to mess with the system and send duplicates.

I am gonna try to log in now. I am away from home so don’t have access to the quick login that I have on my computer lol. My curiosity is peaked.

I can see the temptation being real, hehe. However while this MIGHT be a good way to avoid RFE's, I'm also not sure if this would mess with any systems and/or cause confusion rather than help. Especially since it seems that most documents have not been uploaded and it's hard to imagine that they all got lost in shuffle.

I see the problem, but I don't have a solution :D Maybe worth a try sending them a message through the system and ask?

I just logged in from work and I am unable to open the file that was uploaded. It is probably a firewall thing but I’m sure I can open it from home. It looks like the same file that was uploaded last time I checked with no changes to the date. I’ll probably send a message later to them to see if they can explain why my upload appears incomplete, because I certainly sent a LOT more info than what is included in that scan!

It appears this is quite common across the board, at least for all paper filed IOE receipt holders.  I can only see most of my 130a form and my passport pics...  I wouldn't worry too much, and I would not upload anything you sent if you don't see it in the tiff file/scan.

Did you guys file from Australia or does the U.S. spouse not live in Australia with you? And yea, pretty weird that they can see everything but we can't.

Hey Darth, I am the USC and we actually both are living in Hong Kong but my spouse has AUS citizenship.

It is weird indeed but there are lots of things we speculate on during this long process haha.

Oh and yeah I've seen others who have filed online and gotten Nebraska service center...

That's so great. I hope you guys stay safe during all the protests and stuff. Can you please share some users who have filed online and got Nebraska service center?

But the officer was able to tell us that our petition was sent to the Nebraska service center :( . We filed online btw.

1. Did you file online or sent on-paper petition and got IOE case number and later likned you on-paper application to online myuscis account?

2. Are you and your spouse living together outside the U.S.?

Hi, I also filed my I-130 online today. We will see if this new system will speed up the whole process for us. BTW, I actually filed another I130 for my husband last year in December.  Recently I received the denied notice from USCIS because they didn't receive my RFE within the given time frame. However, it wasn't my fault. They sent out the RFE in July 2019, I didn't notice until Aug, 2019. So I sent out the request of resend the letter. USCIS assigned this request to an officer, however the officer did not do anything. I called USCIS and they told me I have to wait 30 days because it is the policy. I waited 30 days to file another request to resend missing letter. When the time I received the letter, it was late already. I included all required documents and send them back to USCIS anyway. My final result is DENIED after 32 days since they received my documents. I am feeling so depressed right now.

Wow sounds like a terrible experience.  There should be something you can do here...  But at least you have refiled so you have that just in case.  I would file for an expedite and say it was clear error on them in the past!?
