That’s good news finally.
Good luck with the NVC journey

Thank you! We called a lot and insisted that its not our fault, on the online account it says the case is reopend and theyre looking at it again but we got a message through the uscis online account that says it was sent to NVC

It unfortunate that several months were wasted. On the other hand, you can save a lot of time at NVC stage if you are proactive by knowing what will be asked and responding to them immediately.

Good Luck

Does anyone know what it means when your case status date changes 3 days in a row but the , 9/8, 9/9, 9/10 but the status of the case still says under review? The only change was the dates.

They are actively working on your case in terms of approval, RFE, rejected. Even in lot of approval cases status will keep saying under review. Mine still says under review even though it was approved 2 months back. Check the 'Documents' tab to see if they uploaded any docs or I-797 pdf there. Otherwise, check every 2 days to see if Documents tab has anything underneath it.

Hi everyone

We received RFE and I understand what we supposed to submit. But anyone can help me here that should I send them my personal statement as well which will be explaining how we are keeping our relationship nowadays as my wife is living in different country. Or anything which supports my case.?????

Now seven days in a row my Soft LUD has changed every day. Anyone else with that happening on their cases? Just curious. I remember when approvals were three to five months for IR1. Now we are running into the 11th month.

It actually changed In the early afternoon and I’m in the same time zone as Potomac. Makes no sense to me. It has been changing everyday for the last 8 days and twice in one day.

Yes, that’s interesting that they had future date as last updated date.
These last update dates don’t really matter too much. Some people get a lot of updates and no still no approval. On the the hand some don’t get any updates and get approved.
So don’t pay too much attention to it.
Hope you get approved soon

I know, it’s like they playing with us. The USCIS websites and processing have gotten so terrible recently. Nothing works like it’s supposed to anymore. Since changing the law is not easy they apparently trying to frustrate immigrants hoping to discourage going through the process. Makes no sense some people are approved in weeks to three months without expedite while others wait for up to a year. For the same kind of case . Oh well! Venting!!

Your approval is close. I hope you’ve been checking the DOCUMENT TAB for an approval notice in the form of an uploaded document.

After I got approved, my date kept changing. Congrats in advance!!!

This is due to the software timezone they are using behind the scenes in their web application. It is using UTC format 000.Z (😎)
