Almost a year & no hope of renuniting with my wife this year. It gets more frustrating week in week out.

Why should it take up to a year for families to be together?? To think a chunk of January petitions got approved about 2-3 months ago.... went through the worst when my wife( a nurse) had the virus in March....Thank God for healing. The thought of losing a wife is a crazy & petrifying feeling.

Sometimes when I’m about to lose it, I just think about the fact that she is still alive & kicking...that is what keeps me going!

Still hoping for good news!

Quite a number of November filers have been approved on Visa tracker & no one is updating us here.

My date changed three times in three days, I hope it leads to an approval. 🙏

Same happened to my case back in May. Make sure to check the availabile documents. Approval status is being displayed with delay, but approval notice will become available before the status change.

Hi everyone,

I need a help and my case story is different. We applied on 31st of December. But on 27th of July uscis updated my status and it says RFE request has been cancelled. Then I was waiting for the result. I contacted the uscis they said its been cancelled.

Today I checked my case status through uscis portal and it says RFE is required and the date is 3 of September . But notice has been created on 30 of July.

I checked the case status through uscis case status tracker website and it shows the same old status your RFE has been cancelled on 27th of July.

Anyone here who can assist me on this.

Thanks

Seems Potomac is the slowest one. most of the approval cases people are sharing here are those processed by Texas SC. my case was received by PSC on November 8th. Yet no progress other than last updated on January 3rd. I don't know if they are even working at all during this pandemic. Also, PSC recently increased the estimated processing time to 10 to 12.5 months. So frustrating.

My i130 was approved today 9/4!
