Congrats to all that have been approved!

We submitted November 12, first NOA on November 18th. NOA said it was sent to Potomac. I am USC, spouse is Spanish.

I just checked MyUSCIS and it hasn't updated since January 10, 2020!!!

Is this a situation where you should message and ask if it's been transferred? I'm not really sure if there is anything I should do, or just be patient and hope for an update soon!

Seems Potomac is the slowest one. most of the approval cases people are sharing here are those processed by Texas SC. my case was received by PSC on November 8th. Yet no progress other than last updated on January 3rd. I don't know if they are even working at all during this pandemic. Also, PSC recently increased the estimated processing time to 10 to 12.5 months. So frustrating.

We are in the same boat, waiting for the Potomac SC, zero update on uscis portal ever since Jan 3rd, with receipt date is also first week of Nov.

We had a phone contact with Potomac early June (I thought we were transferred to Texas for some reason and that SC passed our priority date), and then they said expect answer by end of July. Cool at least we know this.

And just as you say on Jul 21st, suddenly the end of July priority date in PSC jumped 4 months back. :S

I hope they rubber stamp us as approved and move further in the pipeline.

They approved my case on may 5th at nebraksa and they still didnt send my case to nvc after 3 months. And they approved it for adjustment of status which we definetely didnt apply for cauae ive never been to states and i checked the i130 again and we did everything right.

that's nuts. It also tells a story of how disorganized they became. 😕

I thought they actively disperse cases to balance work load?

That's apparently what they say but it isn't entirely true. Cases are just being transferred randomly. Mine did from TSC to VSC and its been 13 months now, no update whatsoever. They did sent a notice saying it was to speed up the processing but that's not at all the case. VSC is the slowest center ever to exist.

13 months is a long wait with no movement. You would think a spouse visa could be done quicker. As far as i know mine is at Potomac. Lets hope for the best.

So we raised an inquiry that our I-130 case is outside of our normal processing time now (as per processing time, CSC is at 5-7 months for Citizens spouse) and we got the below reply today -

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

During Inquiry it was a 30 days wait, and now it shows 45. Am confused. Please help.
