Case was not transferred from Nebraska and the date changes were:  12/13/2019, 5/26/2020

Today we have received NOA-2 of our daughter’s case from California service center. 

Following are the timelines.

 

PD 11/04/2019 from TSC

02/23/2020 Case transfer from TSC to CSC

05/13/2020 RFE received

06/20/2020 RFE response received by USCIS

06/23/2020 Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS

06/24/2020 Case is approved

 

Now I am waiting for the approval of my spouse’s case. His case is at VSC and It’s been 230 days.

I hope that we will receive his approval soon so that we can proceed at NVC.

Congrats to all approved!!!! I know it must be a great feeling not having to wait any longer for process to start moving. Seems like only Potomac not moving!!!

Yes. We share same PD and transferred date to VSC from TSC.

 

Our son's case was approved 48 days ago by VSC.

My daughter‘s case got RFE from CSC on May 13 and they asked for a lot documents.

On June 20, 2020, they have received our response to their RFE.

USCIS has begun working on her case again.

 

But there is no update on my spouse case.

His last date update was on May 13.

What about you? Any date update

By mail.

They specifically asked me to return the requested information and all supporting documents with the original request on top to CSC address.
