Hi everyone, fellow November filer here, and i've been following the updates on this thread.

I've been approved!!

PD: 11/8/2019

NOA2: 5/12/2020

No transfers, no RFEs. Case was at Nebraska. I had date changes on 12/10, 2/23, 5/1, 5/11 and then finally on 5/12.

I was so happy and surprised to see my approval this fast, because I didn't think it would happen until August or September. I hope you all get approval soon, too!

Congratulation!

Well this is second day and still showing error.

I spoke to USCIS rep in the evening and explained this situation.

She tried to resolve the issue but after a while transferred my call to a tier 2 officer.

Even she was not able to tell me anything about it.

I will just wait and keep checking.

As you know USCIS has sent me request for evidence on May 7 on my account and asked me to respond. Since then I was not able to open up link of request for evidence. I tried live chat and spoke to tier 1 and tier 2 officer but all in vein. Finally I decided to send inquiry through inbox of my USCIS account so that I have a documented evidence of this issue. Today CSC has responded my inquiry.

The following is their response.

“USCIS is currently experiencing difficulties with national case status. We are apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. There is no formal request for evidence has been issued or sent at this time. Your case is under review and CSC is committed to finish reviewing your case as soon as possible under our resources. We appreciated your continued patience.”

I recommend you to send an inquiry through inbox.

Hello everyone! Hope you are all safe and well.

I just wanted to query whether any USC’s have received approvals for their parents. I know the ban affects immigrant visas for this category but it isn’t clear as to whether this stage is also affected by the proclamation.

If anyone has received anything it would be good to know.

So does that mean they changed their minds? I see you didn’t receive it by mail.. 🤔

I HAVE BEEN APPROVED!! 🎉 💃 😝

6 months of waiting is over! I’m the one who started this thread and now I can finally give everyone here HOPE!

I-130 for IR-1

NOA1 - 11/15/2019 Texas

02/23/2020 Transferred to Vermont

Date Changes: 02/23/2020, 05/01/2020, 05/12/2020

Those of you transferred from TX to VT, don’t be worried - apparently your TEXAS timeline is still kept intact!

I am over the hill happy right now, now I know what an approval feels like 😆

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WAITING! As you can see, it’s coming!! 💙

Good Morning everyone! I have a quick question: Our case hasnt seen a status update since March 20th. If it hasnt updated by May 20th, does that count as the "60 days inactive" for a case inquiry? I'm assuming no and that that is a far stretch, but thought i'd ask if anyone has heard of this being a thing to do.

Thanks guys! Congrats to all the approvals, and fingers crossed for the rest of us that our approvals are soon!

But have you heard of the 100 days after transfer ?

Some peeps on Facebook claim you can put in an inquiry after 100 days from the day your case was transferred, if u didn't get approval.

Some of these theories just seem made up...

I am not sure what to think of the case inquiry. It says if the case status has updated within 60 days, it means they are actively working on it. So i dont know what that means when it goes passed 60 days. It must just mean they entered information, are waiting for information or are working on other cases instead. If the 60 days passed update meant we could check, i feel like maybe we would've heard more about this. Still worth asking though!

Congratulations!! Thank your for creating this thread and sharing your waiting journey! I just found out my case was transferred from

Nebraska to Vermont on February 23rd, which wast the second date change and that got me a bit disappointed, but reading this gives me hope.  My other date change was on May 7th, so let's see if I get another date change soon or even better, an approval! :).
